The service provided by BoxOffice.lk for purchasing tickets is for personal & non-commercial use only.
You hereby agree that you will not duplicate, download, publish, modify, distribute and/or use any material included in BoxOffice.lk for any purpose, unless and otherwise you have obtained prior written permission from the proprietors of BoxOffice.lk.
Event Organizers Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Tickets
Separate terms and conditions will apply to individual events based upon who is organizing those events. The organizer of each event will be clearly displayed on the event page. Please make sure to read and understand the organizers terms and conditions in addition to these general conditions
Online Payment
All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of each bank and we have no authority over any payments made through the bank payment gateway.
We do not retain your payment details or any other significant information such as your credit/debit card information.
All payments for BoxOffice.lk are processed through DirectPay (www.directpay.lk) and PayHere (www.payhere.lk) depending on which payment gateway you select at check-out and the Privacy Policy of DirectPay or PayHere will apply when using their service to make payments. BoxOffice.lk does not have control over the policies maintained by DirectPay or PayHere.
Depending on the agreement BoxOffice.lk has with the event organizers, a platform fee and a card charge may apply for all transactions.
Tickets purchased will only be confirmed and issued once payment confirmation is received from the payment gateway. For complimentary tickets, this will not apply.
Tickets cannot be canceled or changed after the tickets are issued.
All sales are considered Final.
BoxOffice.lk will not be responsible for any event cancellations, change of dates and/or times, differences and/or changes in the line up and/or performances, the quality of the event and/or the performances, etc. BoxOffice.lk is only a platform contracted by the event organizers to sell tickets digitally.
Refund Policy
BoxOffice.lk will not entertain requests for refunds for any reason including but not limited to event cancellations, change of dates and/or times, differences and/or changes in the line up and/or performances, the quality of the event and/or the performances, erroneous selections made by ticket buyers, change of mind of buyers and/or attendees, etc.
